Lead Carpenter/ Supervisor
Minimum 5 years of experience as a carpenter and have proficiency in blueprint reading and construction estimates with a strong knowledge of various carpentry techniques and heavy equipment operation. Experience with framing, tile laying, plastering, and caulking preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments. Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Equipment Operator
Must have a valid driver's license and experience pulling trailers and operating equipment. CDL is preferred and daily maintenance of equipment required. Very competitive pay and benefits package to include paid holidays, PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance.
Construction Laborer
Perform physical tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment, operating hand and power tools, and ensuring the efficient flow of work. The ability to follow instructions and work as a team is mandatory. Brock Construction offers competitive pay and benefits to include paid holidays along with sick and vacation time.
