Ian Brock
Founder & President
Beginning his construction career in the early 2000s with electrical work, Ian grew a passion for it early on and very quickly. Climbing the ladder from a laborer to the Vice President of the first company he was apart of, made him realize this was his passion which led him to Brock Construction Inc. Starting the company from scratch in 2013, working 7 days a week and long days that often led into the night, he is proud to say that this is only the beginning of BCI and can't wait to grow even further.
Rodney Stoltz
Senior Foreman
Bringing his excellent carpentry and leadership skills, Rodney joined the team in 2024. His experience plays a key role in training our newer employees in whatever skills are needed to complete upcoming projects. He has proved to be an invaluable member of our team.
Tim Lin
Lead Carpenter
Tim joined BCI in 2025 as our Lead Carpenter. With extensive experience in commercial projects, he brings exceptional skill in framing, general carpentry, trim installation, and concrete forming. Tim’s reliability, strong work ethic, and deep technical knowledge make him a valued and trusted member of the BCI team.

Accounting Manager
Amanda has been apart of the team for 5 years, handling not only the accounting department, but any task thrown at her. Her hard work and dedication keeps our financial operations running smoothly. Her commitment to accuracy, transparency, and financial strategy helps us deliver high-quality results without compromising on fiscal responsibility.
Thomas Copeland
Senior Foreman
Joining Ian from the beginning, Thomas is instrumental in growing the company through his dedication and skills. He is dependable, knowledgeable, and a very accomplished and capable carpenter and leader.
James Winfree
Crew Leader
Joining the team 6 years ago, James leads the crew on a multitude of projects. He is always ready to go where ever he is needed, making sure the jobs are done, and done right!

Nash McCormick
Assistant Project Manager
Joining the team in 2025, Nash plays a vital role in keeping our projects on track from planning to close-out. He brings organization, accountability, and energy to every job keeping our momentum going and our standards high.
Angela Callaway
Office Manager
Angie joined the team in early 2025 as our office manager. She is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects by providing support to all of our project teams and overseeing any administrative tasks. Her willingness to jump in where ever and whenever needed makes her a great asset to the team.
